The Cavern/Safety Reel came about as North Florida cave training agencies began establishing standards in cave training. The established standard for cavern divers was to limit penetration no farther than 130 linear feet from daylight. Experienced cave divers use the Cavern/Safety reel as a jump reel or as a back up for security. Wreck divers will use this reel for shooting lift bags. The Cavern/Safety Reel is available with 140-feet of #24 line in either white(RE4100) or orange (RE4120). It is also available with  90-feet of heavier #36 white line (RE4110). All versions com with a medium stainless bolt snap. These reels position the handle on top, which helps divers who use a handheld light to hold both the light and the reel in one hand, freeing the other hand to work the reel. The frame of the reel comes with a series of pre-drilled holes so divers can change positions from a top-mount handle, to a side-mount handle or a left-hand operated reel. The spool  is held in place with a stainless steel “C” clip so replacing the spool or cleaning up a jammed reel is simple.

New Product Returns: Your purchase can be returned within 90 days for a hassle-free exchange or refund provided that the merchandise is in its original saleable condition, in original packaging, and with the original receipt. Buyer will pay for return postage (except in cases of warranty). A refund will be issued within 2 business days of receiving the item(s) if the item(s) is deemed to be in returnable condition. Product Exchanges: Saguaro Scuba does not offer product exchanges. Products must be returned (subject to Saguaro Scuba Inc.’s return policy) and replacement items purchased in a new transaction.

Regular Stock Product Returns: Regular stock products can be returned within 90 days of purchase to Saguaro Scuba Inc. There is no restocking charge when returning regularly stocked merchandise.

Special Order Product Returns: Special order items (anything not regularly stocked) may not be eligible for returns. Please contact Saguaro Scuba to confirm return eligibility. All return-eligible special order product returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Non-returnable Products: Computers, Electronics & Cameras are returnable only if they have not been installed or used and if they are in new original saleable condition and packaging. Clearance items are non-returnable. eLearning codes are non-returnable.

Warranty Product Returns: Your purchase can be returned for a hassle-free replacement/repair provided that it is returned within the warranty terms and warranty period. The original receipt is required. Warranty returns without the original receipt will be made at Saguaro Scuba’s discretion. Products with a replacement warranty will be exchanged free of charge. Products with a repair-only warranty will be repaired in accordance with the manufacturer’s and/or Saguaro Scuba Inc.’s terms and conditions. Warranty claims are limited to replacement/repair of the product only. Saguaro Scuba Inc. not cover additional costs such as labor, incidental, or consequential damages.

Truthfully, I’m a little disappointed, you said you fulfill the order but an actuality you canceled it because you couldn’t fulfill it several days after I ordered it. I had to set up a PayPal to pay for it with a brand new credit card and then there was a $699 charge on it for something I never ordered. When you get the dive reel back in stock, you’re welcome to email me and I’ll probably pick one up but you keep sending me emails saying that you fulfilled my order and you never did.
