Saguaro Scuba agrees to offer the following services (“Reservation”) to the Customer:

• 1-week stay at Divi Flamingo Resort, Bonaire (5/24/25-5/31/25)
• 3 meals daily

If the Customer has selected a diving package, the following is included in addition to the items listed above:

• 1 day of a 1-tank dive, prescheduled (orientation dive)
• 5 days of 2-tank dives, prescheduled
• Unlimited shore diving
• FREE Nitrox Upgrade

Specific Exclusions:

• Airfare
• Alcohol/specialty drinks/soft drinks
• Snacks
• Food and beverages outside the resort
• Excursions (including extra dives)
• Extra nights
• Spa services
• Rental equipment
• Extra dives
• Tips

To book a room, the Customer must pay a $400/person deposit. This deposit is NOT refundable at any time. No rooms will be held for the Customer until this deposit is paid. The Customer agrees to pay the Provider according to the following payment schedule:

• $400 Deposit due at time of signup
• 1/2 of the remaining cost is due 1/1/25
• All remaining costs are due 3/1/25

The cost of the reservation is calculated by several factors, including room upgrades, diving packages, extra nights, room occupancy, etc. Please contact Saguaro Scuba to verify the cost of individual packages and the amounts due. Excursions are to be paid in full at the time of excursion signup.

The Customer may cancel their reservation at any point for any reason but agrees to the following cancellation policy:

• Prior to and including 3/1/25: Deposit is forfeit, any other payments made towards reservation can be refunded in the form of store credit
• After 3/1/25: All funds received for payment towards the reservation are forfeited.

It is strongly recommended that the Customer purchase travel insurance to account for any unforeseen circumstances. Saguaro Scuba will not provide cash refunds for any reason.

Single divers are defined as any Customer who does not sign up with a Roommate. Single Divers are welcome to sign up under double occupancy, but agree to the following conditions:

• Single Divers will be assigned a roommate (“Roommates”)
• Every effort will be made to ensure that Roommates are the same gender, but this is not guaranteed.
• Every effort will be made to ensure that Roommates are given separate beds, but this is not guaranteed.
• In the event that an odd number of Single divers sign up, 3 people may be assigned to a room. 3 Single divers will never be expected to share a bed.
• If no Roommate is available, the single diver will be given the option to upgrade to a single occupancy room, or cancel their reservation without penalties.

If the Customer is not amenable to these conditions, the Customer is required to pay for a single occupancy room.

Customers agree to either purchase travel insurance or self-insure. Customers understand that if they self-insure, Saguaro Scuba will issue no refund for any reason beyond what is written in the cancellation policy. Saguaro Scuba recommends DAN Travel Insurance.

In addition to travel insurance, Saguaro Scuba recommends purchasing travel medical insurance and dive accident insurance.
