Price Match
At Saguaro Scuba, we’re dedicated to ensuring you get the best value on all your diving essentials. However, to keep our promise fair and consistent, we’ve outlined the following terms and conditions for our “Price Match Guarantee”:
- Exclusions: Unfortunately, we cannot match prices from eBay or other auction sites. Due to the fluctuating nature of auctions, the listed prices can change, and it’s not always possible to verify if the product is new, used, or refurbished.
- Product Matching: The item you’re comparing must be identical to the one offered by Saguaro Scuba, including brand, model, size, color, and any other specific features.
- Availability: The compared product must be in stock and available for purchase at both Saguaro Scuba and the competitor’s site at the time of your request.
- Price Comparison: We will only match the competitor’s price if the total cost, including shipping, handling, and any other fees, is lower than our total price.
- Exclusions on Offers: Our price matching does not apply to special promotions, including coupons, membership discounts, first-time buyer offers, or any other exclusive deals.
- Purchase History: This offer is not applicable to past purchases.
- Eligible Retailers: The competitor must be an established U.S. retailer, as determined by Saguaro Scuba.
- Brand Restrictions: Our price guarantee does not apply to products from Shearwater, ScubaPro, and other select brands.
- Other Restrictions: Additional restrictions may apply.
Saguaro Scuba reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Our commitment is to offer you the best possible value and service in your scuba diving adventures.
New Product Returns
Save Your Receipt Your purchase can be returned for a hassle-free exchange or refund provided that the merchandise is returned within 30 days of original purchase and is in its original saleable condition and packaging with its original receipt. Returns without the original receipt will be made at the discretion of Saguaro Scuba using pricing from the last 30 days. Specific details and exceptions are as follows:
Regular Stock Product Returns
Regular stock products can be returned within 30 days of purchase to Saguaro Scuba. There is no restocking charge when returning regularly stocked merchandise.
Special Order Product Returns
Special order products will have a 20% restocking fee.
Non-returnable Products
Computers, Electronics & Cameras are returnable only if they have not been installed or used and if they are in new original saleable condition and packaging. Clearance items are non-returnable.
Warranty Product Returns
Your purchase can be returned for a hassle-free replacement/repair provided that it is returned within the warranty terms and warranty period. The original receipt & warranty card are required. Warranty returns without the original receipt & warranty card will be made at Saguaro Scuba’s discretion. Products with a replacement warranty will be exchanged free of charge. Products with a repair only warranty will be repaired in accordance with the manufacturer’s or Saguaro Scuba terms and conditions. Warranty claims are limited to replacement/repair of the product only. We do not cover additional costs such as labor or Incidental or consequential damages.
Customer Information
Your name, address and phone number will be required when processing an exchange or refund. Refunds or exchanges will not be processed without this information. This information is collected, used and retained to help prevent fraud, and may only be disclosed within Saguaro Scuba, its affiliated companies, or as required by law. Valid photo ID may be required to confirm this information.
Refund Tender
Refunds will be made in the same tender as the original purchase. In cases where the original tender cannot be determined, the refund method will be at the discretion of Saguaro Scuba.
WARRANTY POLICIES/RETURNS
Warranty Product Returns
If you need to return an item to us, please follow these procedures to insure prompt processing. Request an RGA# (return goods authorization) and contact customer service at 480-507-3988 or e-mail us at [email protected]. After receiving your RGA# use the original packaging, return the item via insured US Mail or UPS. (Saguaro Scuba will refund the actual shipping costs taken from the UPS label or postage label on damaged merchandise or mis-shipment. ) Please include a copy of your receipt with the return. If you do not have your receipt, please include a note stating the purchasers name, address and approximate date of purchase.

BACK ORDERS
Due to the limited availability of some products, a particular item may be out of stock. All items are sold on a ship or back order basis. You will be notified of the approximate ship date, in the instance that an item is back ordered.
