Trip Includes:

All staterooms are air conditioned and fitted with private toilets, showers, sinks, and hair dryers. Linens are changed upon request and fresh towels are placed in each stateroom as needed.

Breakfast (cooked to order), lunch and an elegant chef prepared meal at dinner with tableside service are served in addition to fresh mid-morning and mid-afternoon snacks.

Beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are complimentary while onboard.

On average approximately 27 guided dives are offered and include filled tanks, weights and weight belts are also included.

Nitrox is available for an additional fee.

Each guest must pay a port/park fee, and 12% VAT for onboard sales.

Port and Park Fees:  $120. 

Taxes and fees are to be paid onboard and at the end of the charter when checking out. You may pay by Visa, MasterCard, or US dollars. Sorry, no personal checks.

GRATUITIES
Gratuities are not included at all Aggressor destinations.  Tipping is voluntary and based on the service the staff has provided you.  The Manager will provide envelopes for gratuities upon settling your account at the end of the week.  Gratuities are shared equally among all staff. All Aggressors accept cash, Visa, and MasterCard payments for gratuities.

The Aggressor Philippines Itinerary

The Best of Visayas islands is a vast area with and home to some of the best scuba diving the Philippines offers. You can choose 7 nights or 10 nights. The itinerary route will be chosen once guests board and is based on weather, sea conditions, and visibility and the favorable route will be chosen.
From soft coral covered walls to black sand dives to Thresher sharks, huge schools of sardines, turtles, schools of jacks and whale sharks. On the macro side there is fascinating critters such as waspfish, ghost pipefish and many other unique bottom dwellers, offering lots of diversity.

Terms and Conditions: Group Scuba Trip to the Philippines

1. Reservation and Payment:

1.1 To secure your spot on the group scuba trip, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

1.2 Subsequent payments are due according to the payment schedule provided at the time of booking. Failure to make payment according to schedule could result in the loss of your space.

1.3 All payments made are non-refundable once processed.

2. Trip Insurance:

2.1 We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive trip insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to trip cancellation, trip interruption, travel delays, and medical emergencies.

2.2 It is the responsibility of each participant to obtain suitable trip insurance. Failure to do so may result in financial loss in the event of cancellation.

3. Cancellation Policy:

3.1 Cancellations must be communicated in writing to the trip organizer.

3.2 All cancellations are subject to the following fees: – The deposit is non-refundable. – Any subsequent payments made are non-refundable.

4. Transferability:

4.1 Participant spaces are transferable to another individual up until 90 days prior to the scheduled departure date.

4.2 To transfer a reservation, the original participant must inform the trip organizer in writing and provide the details of the new participant.

4.3 The new participant must meet all eligibility requirements and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

5. Changes to Itinerary:

5.1 The trip organizer reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodations, and activities due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.

5.2 In the event of significant changes, participants will be notified as soon as possible, and reasonable efforts will be made to provide suitable alternatives.

6. Health and Fitness:

6.1 Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and have the necessary fitness level to participate in scuba diving and other planned activities.

7. Liability:

7.1 Participants acknowledge that scuba diving involves inherent risks and agree to comply with all safety guidelines provided by the trip organizer and dive professionals.

7.2 The trip organizer and associated partners are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property incurred during the trip.

8. Force Majeure:

8.1 The trip organizer is not liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, terrorism, strikes, or government regulations.

9. Acceptance of Terms:

9.1 By making a reservation and payment, participants acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

9.2 It is the responsibility of participants to review and understand these Terms and Conditions before booking.
