D3 Ergo is a lightweight, soft and durable drysuit – a rare combination. We have developed and tested drysuit material together with our producer since 1983, and this drysuit is made of the best lightweight Tri-Lam fabric they have ever developed. The suit is also sewn with single stitch and soft rubber taped seams, which makes it really flexible and comfortable.
The D3 Ergo is equipped with soft, flexible neoprene boots, SI TECH Quick Neck System and Warm Neck, SI TECH QCS Oval Ring System and Warm Cuffs, Silicone seals for neck and wrists, a plastic dryzipper, light pockets with loops inside and SI TECH valves. The whole suite with valves, boots, seals and suspenders weighs only 4.1 kg (in men’s medium).
The D3 Ergo originates from our expedition- and military suits, where lightweight, flexibility and movability is essential. We realized that these characteristics were desired among other divers, so we decided to make a similar suit with strong Tri-Lam fabric. So, if you love movability, flexibility, a snug fit, low weight and durability – this is the suit for you. D3 Ergo is designed for unrestricted movability and control, both above and below the surface. Therefore, it has a slimmer cut around the torso and legs for less drag and unnecessary air movement. The suit has more space around the shoulders to improve the movability in this area. With the placement of the dry zipper and the very soft Tri-Lam fabric, there are literally no restrictions in movement.
WARM NECK The neck is equipped with super-stretch neoprene collar that minimize heat loss.
SI-TECH QCS OVAL RING SYSTEM The wrists are equipped with QCS ring system with comfortable Waterproof Silicone Wrist Seals.
SI TECH VALVES Swivelling inlet valve and an adjustable automatic outlet valve. Provided by SI TECH.
SEAM-FREE CROTCH The crotch is made in one piece, no seams. This to ensure an excellent durable and comfortable suit.
POCKETS Light Pockets with cord loops inside. Rubber grip in pocket lid for easier opening.
KNEE PADS Military Graded DuPont™ Kevlar® fiber reinforced knee pads with pocket for protection padding.
BOOTS Xlite flexboot, soft, light and flexible boot with fin strap ridge and a narrow fit.
BACK-ZIP Light and flexible YKK AQUASEAL #10 plastic dryzipper. The placement enables you to open and close the zipper by yourself.
SUSPENDERS Integrated and adjustable suspenders.
SI-TECH QUICK NECK The neck is equipped with SI TECH Quick Neck System and comes with Waterproof Silicone Neck Seal.
MATERIAL – The special formula Tri-Lam fabric is lightweight, soft, and durable – a rare combination. Abrasion tested by the Martindale Method according to SS-EN ISO 12947-2:2017. The suit weighs 4.1kg (Man’s medium).
BACK-ZIP – Light and flexible YKK AQUASEAL #10 plastic dryzipper. The placement enables you to open and close the zipper by yourself.
ANATOMICAL FIT – All critical parts concerning mobility, like torso, pre-bent arms and legs have been anatomically designed to enhance the freedom of movement.
SI-TECH QUICK NECK – The neck is equipped with SI TECH Quick Neck System and comes with Waterproof Silicone Neck Seal. Extremely comfortable and easy to change. Latex and neoprene seals are also compatible.
SI-TECH QCS OVAL RING SYSTEM – The wrists are equipped with QCS ring system with comfortable Waterproof Silicone Wrist Seals. Easy to change. Latex seals are compatible. Optimised for the use of the ULTIMA dry glove system.

WARM CUFF – The arms are equipped with detachable Warm Cuffs that minimize heat loss at the wrists and protect the seals.

INCLUDED – Dry bag, inflation hose, adjustable integrated suspenders, spare silicone set, Neck Tite Tool, zip lubricant and user manual.
