During this 7-night getaway, you will stay at the oceanfront, all-inclusive Grand Park Royal Cozumel. From unlimited dining and drinks to dedicated morning dive charters with Roberta’s Scuba Diving, everything is set up for a seamless and memorable vacation.
What is Included

Accommodations: 7 nights at the beachfront Grand Park Royal Resort.

All-Inclusive Plan: All meals, snacks, and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) at the resort.

Dive Package: 5 days of 2-tank morning boat dives with Roberta’s.

Optional Night Dive: 1 optional night dive included in your diving package.

Taxes: Marine park and local environmental taxes are already paid for.

Airport Transfers: Ground transportation between Cozumel airport and the resort is included (for flights arriving within 2 hours of the group’s main arrival window).
What is Excludes

Airfare to/from Cozumel (CZM) or Cancun (CUN).

Rental dive gear (available through Saguaro Scuba prior to departure).

Dive crew and resort staff gratuities.

Payment Schedule
$400 deposit at time of booking- This is non refundable

November 1 2026 – $400
February 1, 2027 – final balance due
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Deposits are non-refundable for any reason. A Customer may cancel their reservation at any point, but agrees to the following cancellation terms:

Cancelled on or before January 4, 2027 (90+ days prior to departure): The deposit is forfeited. Any additional payments made towards the reservation beyond the deposit will be refunded in the form of Saguaro Scuba store credit.

Cancelled after January 4, 2027 (within 90 days of departure): All funds received for the reservation are 100% non-refundable and forfeited.

Payment Schedule: Failure to adhere to the designated payment schedule will be treated as a voluntary cancellation, and the standard cancellation policy will apply.
Important Note: Saguaro Scuba does not provide cash refunds under any circumstances.
Travel & Dive Insurance Requirements
Customers agree to either purchase travel insurance or self-insure. By choosing to self-insure, you acknowledge and agree that Saguaro Scuba will issue no refund, credit, or compensation beyond what is explicitly stated in this cancellation policy.
To protect your investment and safety:

Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing coverage for trip delay, interruption, or unexpected cancellation. Saguaro Scuba recommends DAN Travel Insurance.

Medical & Dive Accident Insurance: We strongly advise carrying dedicated travel medical insurance alongside specialized dive accident coverage (such as DAN) to cover unforeseen medical emergencies or hyperbaric treatments while abroad.
