What is Included
- Round-Trip Airfare: Flight from Los Angeles (LAX) to Fiji included.
- Accommodations: 7 nights in authentic Fijian Bures or Suites at Beqa Lagoon Resort.
- Daily Meals: Full daily meal plan included throughout your stay at the resort.
- Guided Dive Package:
- 4 days of 2-tank morning reef boat dives exploring pristine soft corals and pinnacles.
- 1 day of the world-renowned 2-tank Beqa Lagoon Shark Dive.
- Ground & Water Transfers: All airport ground transportation and boat transfers to/from the island resort.
What is Excluded
- Domestic travel/transfers between Phoenix/Mesa and LAX.
- Personal scuba gear rentals (available through Saguaro Scuba prior to trip departure).
- Beverages outside standard meal service.
- Resort staff and dive crew gratuities.
- Travel and dive accident insurance.

Payment Schedule
To reserve your spot and keep your reservation active, please follow the payment schedule below:
- 1st Deposit (At Time of Purchase): $400 per person
- 2nd Deposit (Due March 10, 2028): $1,000 per person
- 3rd Deposit (Due June 10, 2028): $1,600 per person
- Final Balance (Due July 10, 2028): Remaining Balance
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Deposits are non-refundable for any reason. A Customer may cancel their reservation at any point, but agrees to the following cancellation terms:
- Cancelled on or before June 16, 2028 (90+ days prior to departure): The initial deposit is forfeited. Any additional payments made towards the reservation beyond the deposit will be refunded in the form of Saguaro Scuba store credit.
- Cancelled after June 16, 2028 (within 90 days of departure): All funds received for the reservation are 100% non-refundable and forfeited.
- Payment Schedule: Failure to adhere to the designated payment schedule will be treated as a voluntary cancellation, and the standard cancellation policy will apply.
Important Note: Saguaro Scuba does not provide cash refunds under any circumstances.
Travel & Dive Insurance Requirements
Customers agree to either purchase travel insurance or self-insure. By choosing to self-insure, you acknowledge and agree that Saguaro Scuba will issue no refund, credit, or compensation beyond what is explicitly stated in this cancellation policy.
To protect your investment and safety:
- Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing coverage for trip delay, interruption, or unexpected cancellation. Saguaro Scuba recommends DAN Travel Insurance.
- Medical & Dive Accident Insurance: We strongly advise carrying dedicated travel medical insurance alongside specialized dive accident coverage (such as DAN) to cover unforeseen medical emergencies or hyperbaric treatments while abroad.
